Caribbean Club

Where the famous movie Key Largo was filmed

Opened in 1938 and run by the Whitehurst family since 1963, the Caribbean Club is the oldest bar in the Upper Keys and one of the last relics of Old Key Largo. Full of character and characters, the Caribbean Club is a watering hole for locals and tourists alike.

With the Florida Bay as our backyard, our sunset views can’t be beat. We’re proud to be repeat winners of “Best Sunset” in the Keys Weekly’s “Best of the Upper Keys Awards” three years in a row.

Join us for live music Thursday through Sunday plus our popular Karaoke Night on Wednesdays. We are honored to host the absolute best of Florida Keys musicians as well as renowned touring artists. Music is on our waterfront stage, but if the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the party inside.

Stop in and sip our famous Key Lime Pie Rum Punch under the palm trees or try a locally crafted beer while chatting it up with one of our favorite locals. Trust us, they have stories to tell!

Hungry?! We’re excited to host a food truck on property every day of the week. The B&G Spot pops up every Monday from 11am to 9pm. Then, Take Two Kitchen’s Food Truck, our permanent truck, is open Tuesday through Sunday!

BAR HOURS: 7AM TO 1AM-ISH Daily

We are a CASH ONLY bar, but we do have an ATM onsite.

Fundraiser for Team River Runner with Live Music by Adam Music

Join us for a night of live music by Adam Musick, raffles, Pusser’s Painkiller cocktails, the spin-the-wheel game and MORE to help raise money for Team River Runner and their work with our wounded veterans.

Each year, Team River Runner holds an OuttaSight training program in Key Largo.

This clinic is designed to introduce Veterans with visual impairment to coastal kayaking, as well as to train sighted, disabled Veterans as guides.

In addition to kayak instruction, the program will provide team building opportunities and exposure to leadership principles and practices to promote personal growth and healing.

TRR receives some grant support for these clinics, which provides clinic instruction, gear rental and purchase, facility use, and other direct costs of training.

But they still need help covering the indirect costs of travel, lodging, and meals for their program and, unfortunately, we all know that the cost of lodging has grown exponentially in the Florida Keys recently.

Let’s get together for a good time and help support this amazing organization!

Can’t attend the event, but you’d still like to donate? You can contribute here: https://www.teamriverrunner.org/Donate and select “Key Largo Clinic” in the drop down box.

Hope to see you there!
