Caribbean Club

Where the famous movie Key Largo was filmed

Opened in 1938 and run by the Whitehurst family since 1963, the Caribbean Club is the oldest bar in the Upper Keys and one of the last relics of Old Key Largo. Full of character and characters, the Caribbean Club is a watering hole for locals and tourists alike.

With the Florida Bay as our backyard, our sunset views can’t be beat. We’re proud to be repeat winners of “Best Sunset” in the Keys Weekly’s “Best of the Upper Keys Awards” three years in a row.

Join us for live music Thursday through Sunday plus our popular Karaoke Night on Wednesdays. We are honored to host the absolute best of Florida Keys musicians as well as renowned touring artists. Music is on our waterfront stage, but if the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the party inside.

Stop in and sip our famous Key Lime Pie Rum Punch under the palm trees or try a locally crafted beer while chatting it up with one of our favorite locals. Trust us, they have stories to tell!

Hungry?! We’re excited to host a food truck on property every day of the week. The B&G Spot pops up every Monday from 11am to 9pm. Then, Take Two Kitchen’s Food Truck, our permanent truck, is open Tuesday through Sunday!

BAR HOURS: 7AM TO 1AM-ISH Daily

We are a CASH ONLY bar, but we do have an ATM onsite.

Benefit on the Bay for Luke Sommer Glenn with Live Music ALL DAY LONG

Benefit on the Bay for Luke Glenn
To keep his Heart Tickin’
So he can keep on Pickin’
A little over 2 years ago Luke's lifestyle caught up to his genetics... he had peripheral artery disease, diabetes, congestive heart failure and atrial fibrillation.
He changed His diet, stopped drinking alcohol, tobacco, and was walking 4 miles a day, all the things necessary for a shot at good health.
Unfortunately the quitting of tobacco, alcohol, sugar, and fat along with a salt free diet and exercise needs a little help with the arrhythmia and the occlusions in his left leg which makes it difficult for him to perform.

Luke Glenn is a Major Pillar in our community, for over 25 years. Luke has always been there ready to help a cause or an individual in their time of need. Through his love… for playing Music he has touched many people locally, and globally.
As with most people dealing with these life-threatening Heart and circulations issues, Luke continues to struggle, physically & financially, as he's been in and out of hospitals numerous times over the last several months. And now, he needs our help to pay for past and upcoming life-saving procedures.
